Physicals 2024-2025

Reminders about Physicals

• Physicals Session #1: Thursday, May 16^th during the athletic/band periods for HS students only.  
• Physicals Session #2: Saturday, May 18^th from 9:00 am-12:00 pm for MS Athletes/Band members and any HS Athletes/Band members who missed Thursday.
• Physicals will be $20 cash/athlete for both Thursday's and Saturday's sessions (cash only, no cards)
•  Physicals must be done on the UPDATED UIL PPE Form for 2024-2025.
• For physicals to be current for the 2024-2025 school year, they need to be done AFTER May 1st.
• No, they do not have to be done here with us; they can go elsewhere later in the summer.
